A sample of 12000 14 different markets consumers had the opportunity to vote (between 1,600 brands) those who regarded the most authentic. The evaluation was carried out according to 3 criteria: trust, respect and reality.
The study was carried out by the communications and public relations firm Cohn & Wolfe.
First place was awarded to Disney that reached 96.62%
